Snap-on-Smile is really designed to be put in place when you need your smile to look perfect for social situations, etc.
Q: How does Snap-on-Smile stay in place?
A: Snap-on-Smile does not require any adhesive or brackets to hold it in place. Every Snap-on-Smile appliance is designed to fit snugly over the patient’s natural teeth; the dental appliance is held in place due to its customized design. You’ll find that Snap-on-Smile feels stable and comfortable as you go through your day.
Q: How durable is Snap-on-Smile?
A: This oral appliance is designed to hold up to the wear and tear of eating and drinking, so you don’t have to alter your normal routine in order to benefit from Snap-on-Smile. With proper care, Snap-on-Smile can last for years before it needs to be replaced—your dentist will give you specific instructions on how to best care for your oral appliance at home. One note: if you do suffer from bruxism (chronic dental grinding) you should talk to your dentist about this prior to pursuing Snap-on-Smile.
